Delete Your Account

You can delete your Grubwala account and associated personal data at any time. Choose whichever method is easiest for you.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

Open the Grubwala app and sign in.
Go to Profile → Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Option 2 — Request by email

Email [email protected] from your registered email address, or include your registered mobile number, with the subject "Account deletion request". We will verify your identity and process the deletion.

What gets deleted

Your profile (name, phone, email), saved addresses, and login credentials.
Your cart, saved preferences, and push-notification tokens.

What may be retained

Certain records — such as invoices and transaction history — may be retained in an anonymised or legally-required form to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Any remaining wallet balance is non-refundable per our Terms unless required by law.

Timing

In-app deletions take effect immediately. Email/phone requests are completed within 7 working days after we verify your identity.
